Feddie Ocean Cask-matured Aquavit

A modern classic. Herbal, with a silky texture from our best casks.

Aromatic and rich, with baking spice and a nice lift from caraway and citrus. Aromas of cacao, oxidized fruit, walnuts and tropical fruits from cask maturation. Soft and rich on the palate, with dark chocolate, deep fruitiness, dried flowers and anis. Dark berries, oat bisquits, citrusmarmalade, caraway and a hint of angelica. Finishes dry with elegant caraway and wood- and baking spice.

Wheat spirit, caraway, fennel, cinnamon, angelica, citrus peel, orris, willow herb, sugar kelp, liquorice and galangal. All ingredients are certified organic.
Aged on bourbon, sherry, port and madeira casks.
